At Alpever Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize the security and confidentiality of client data. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, this policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard customer information.

1. Data Minimization & VIN Keys

All customer records uploaded by dealerships or OEMs are indexed using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or chassis number as the unique data key. We do not mix user profiles or retain personal identifier information beyond the active campaign requirements.

2. Do Not Disturb (DND) Filtering

Our dialing systems enforce DND checks prior to connection. Outbound voice agents will never initiate calls to numbers registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

3. Data Export & Deletion

Dealership administrators and group owners hold full rights to export or permanently delete call records, voice transcripts, and summary history from our cloud servers.
