By deploying Alpever's ConnectAI or Alpemis platforms, you agree to comply with the terms set forth by Alpever Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must verify they hold necessary customer consent prior to uploading lead registers or initiating service follow-up and insurance renewal campaigns.

2. Integration Responsibilities

Dealerships and OEMs are responsible for securing credentials, webhook keys, and API tokens used to integrate Alpever with third-party Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.

3. System Limits & SLA

Unless customized by an enterprise SLA agreement, ConnectAI campaigns enforce standard limits of 200 calls per 30 minutes and a maximum of 5,000 leads per campaign.
